The firm is led by Andre “Previn” Wyatt, a hospitality executive with more than 30 years of hands-on experience inside real restaurant environments.
His background spans independent concepts, high-volume operations, and multi-unit leadership, with direct responsibility for operations, staffing, financial performance, and brand consistency across multiple locations.
AP Restaurant Consulting was built on the belief that many restaurant challenges are not caused by lack of effort or passion, but by unclear systems and inconsistent execution. When structure is missing, owners remain tied to daily problem solving, managers struggle to lead effectively, and financial performance becomes unpredictable.
